Food & Beverage Assistant
Holiday Inn Bloomsbury Hotel, London. 40 hours per week (5 days of a 7 day rota). Salary: £26,916.00 GBP + benefits.
Location: Holiday Inn Bloomsbury Hotel, Russell Square Gardens, Bloomsbury, London.
We’re looking for a warm and welcoming individual to join our dedicated Food & Beverage team at our hotel in Bloomsbury. As a key member of our team, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay in our F&B Outlets.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and high quality food and beverage service to guests in all hotel outlets. Assist with front‑of‑house service during service times, support bar and coffee bar, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and provide support to the F&B team as required.
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year experience in a Food & Beverage environment, ideally in a hotel or similar setting.
* Strong customer service attitude and passion for food & beverage.
* Ability to work a varied shift pattern, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
* Team‑oriented, positive and caring personality.
* Professional proficiency in English.
Desirable (not essential)
* Experience in the hospitality sector.
* Proficiency in multiple languages.
* Knowledge of Miros.
