Compliance Administrator

Location: Cullompton

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Compliance Administrator. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth management of our subcontractor database, maintaining compliance standards, and supporting cross-functional communication to streamline approval processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Subcontractor Database Management: Maintain and administer the subcontractor database, ensuring records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal standards.

Supplier Communication: Liaise with third-party suppliers to gather necessary documentation, resolve queries, and maintain strong working relationships.

Compliance Documentation: Review, file, and track compliance documents to ensure all subcontractors meet regulatory and company requirements.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with operations teams and central functions to expedite the subcontractor approval process and resolve any bottlenecks.

KPI Reporting: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports and insights to the line manager.

Required Experience:

* Communication: Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively at all levels, both internally and externally.
* Organisation & Prioritisation: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when handling sensitive compliance information.
* Teamwork & Initiative: Able to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating initiative and independence when required.
* IT Proficiency: Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with compliance or document management systems (e.g., Manpack) is advantageous.
