Role Summary
Working as a team or as a lone worker, to undertake cleaning of the school buildings and facilities in order to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and security of the school buildings and grounds at all times.
Key areas of responsibility - What will you be doing
Build Knowledge
* To deliver a daily cleaning programme that create a world class learning environment for our students
* Safely operating machinery and other equipment to undertake the role
Build Trust
* Work safely and effectively, both in a team, and when lone working to ensure all staff and students have a great learning environment
Prioritisation
* To support wider cleaning activities, including deep cleans, training/meeting rooms, events
Clarity and Energy
* Act as a role model to colleagues and students when on the school site, delivering enthusiasm for your role and understanding the importance of your work
Follow Up
* Promote safety and security, taking responsibility for following proper security procedures
* Report defects or risks to the relevant supervisor
