The mission of the PlayValley division within Outfit7 is to expand the boundaries of casual and hybrid casual games through smart design, quick iteration, and fearless creativity.
We’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager who thrives in both fast-paced, iterative testing environments and full-scale launch scenarios. You’ll play a critical role in managing UA strategy across the game lifecycle — from soft launches to global scale-ups — and work closely with product, creative, and data teams to grow Outfit7 player base efficiently and sustainably.
In This Role, You Will
* Execute UA strategies for games across all stages: prototyping, soft launch, and global launch.
* Plan, run, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across key channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity Ads, IronSource, etc.)
* Manage UA budgets aligned with growth goals and performance KPIs (CPI, ROAS, LTV).
* Work closely with the game team to support marketability tests, including concept validation and creative performance.
* Set A/B testing and creative iteration loops in partnership with the internal or external creative team.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and benchmarks.
* Analyze UA performance and deliver actionable insights to improve efficiency and player quality.
* Align UA strategy with in-game performance and product goals, working cross-functionally with product and data teams.
* Help define and refine UA processes, tooling, and best practices as we scale.
* Communicate results clearly through regular performance reporting and recommendations.

* Generalist mindset — you enjoy jumping between channels, tools, creatives, and approaches.
* Comfortable with ambiguity, agile development cycles,
* Interest in casual mobile games and what makes them successful in today’s market.
* Strong collaborator — you can work across teams and clearly communicate goals, results, and ideas.
Your Experience
* 5+ years of hands-on UA experience in the mobile games industry (casual, hybrid casual, or midcore experience strongly preferred).
* Proven success managing UA campaigns and strategies from early prototype testing through to global launch.
* Experience with major UA channels: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity Ads, IronSource, etc.
* Solid understanding of MMPs (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust) and data tools.
* Track record of optimizing for KPIs like CPI, ROAS, LTV, and retention.
* Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and user segmentation methods.
* Experience working on new game launches at startups or in small teams is a plus.
