£75,000 to £80,000 per annum + up to 40% Annual Bonus + Private Medical Insurance
The Hazelwell Care Home is set in Heswall in the Wirral and provides residential, dementia and nursing care across three floors. This 55-bed home needs a strong leader who can bring everything together and build on what it already does so well.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Home Manager who does their best work in well‑established environments, someone who sees this as an opportunity. You’ll be stepping into a service where people already know how to care well, and your job is to reconnect the operational detail with visible leadership.

* Supporting and re‑energising an experienced and stable team.

* Building occupancy to full and keeping it there.
* Being present and accessible to families, professionals and stakeholders.
