We're currently recruiting a dedicated Assistant Operations Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in CH&CO on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Foster strong relationships with venue clients through daily communication to ensure seamless operations.
Oversee the delivery of high-quality food and beverage services, maintaining exceptional standards.
Motivate and inspire team members, adapting to dynamic client and customer needs.
Uphold and promote CSR, sustainability, equality, and diversity initiatives.
Manage ordering processes, delivery schedules, and venue readiness for events.
Maximize sales and control costs by driving spend per head (SPH) and minimizing wastage.
Support recruitment, training, and performance management to build a motivated and inclusive team.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and profit protection standards.

Experience of overseeing the smooth delivery of high-quality food and drink products.
Understanding and willingness to work some unsociable hours (lates / weekends)
