Basic Salary £35,000 OTE £49,000 & competitive benefits package.
Ideally based in or around Leeds, York, Harrogate areas.
Office based with a hybrid option (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).

Role & Responsibilities
* Report to the Business Development Manager to meet revenue targets.
* Develop leads by prospecting new businesses.
* Contact key contacts at target companies to assess their needs.
* Pursue warm leads from marketing efforts.
* Manage incoming sales inquiries from marketing, social media, and web campaigns.
* Keep CRM updated with all client communications.
* Develop sales plans with BDMs to generate new leads.
* Account management of existing clients to foster ongoing relationships.
* Maintain and develop a pipeline of new business opportunities.
* Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and descriptions.
* Ensure compliance with environmental permits, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements & Skills
* Technically savvy, especially with social media platforms like LinkedIn.
* Strong business acumen and effective communication skills at all levels.
* Experience in sales processes: prospecting, nurturing, follow-up, negotiation, closing.
* Ability to collaborate with professional service teams to build relationships and close sales.
* Resilient and confident in overcoming gatekeeper barriers and rejections.
* Previous experience in Construction, Waste Management, or Telephone Sales is advantageous.
* Proficient with CRM software and MS Office.
