Supply Teacher
Location: Bideford and surrounding areas, Devon
Pay: £125–£150 per day
Contract: Flexible – Part-Time or Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP (flexible start options available)
Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to support a range of partner schools in Bideford and the surrounding area. Through our established partnerships with local schools and trusts, we are able to offer a variety of opportunities to suit your availability and preferences.
This is an excellent opportunity for teachers seeking flexible work, whether that’s day-to-day cover or more consistent, long-term placements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2
* Support a variety of local schools as required
* Adapt confidently to different classroom environments
* Maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning atmosphere
We’re looking for:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Confidence or experience teaching across primary age groups (EYFS, KS1, KS2)
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* A flexible, proactive, and reliable approach
* A genuine passion for supporting pupil learning and development
