Location and Working Environment
* This is a permanent role based in Addlestone, UK – hybrid working with the expectation to be in the office 2 days per week.
* International travel will be required for major congresses and to attend global customer events and affiliate face‑to‑face meetings throughout the year (around 25%).

Purpose & Scope
* An exciting opportunity for a marketer to drive profitability of our Established Brand Portfolio by collaborating across the matrix to develop and implement brand strategies.
Role and Responsibilities
* Co‑lead development of brand strategic plan (iGBP).
* Co‑lead development of brand operational plans.
* Develop excellent relationships with external KEEs and create KEE plans and programmes.
* Create meaningful content aligned to brand positioning and the customer engagement framework that can be used across the omnichannel mix and in impactful above‑country activities aligned with the operational plan and local plans.
* Understand the market and competitive environment, providing global guidance to mitigate risk to business and exploit opportunities.
* Collaborate with priority markets through GCTs to support development of global strategy and content.
* Collaborate with priority markets to support implementation and best‑practice sharing.
* Provide feedback on country performance.
* Collaborate closely with medical affairs, communications, supply chain and regulatory affairs to ensure strategic alignment on operations and LCM.
Required Qualifications
* Pharmaceutical industry experience is required.
* In‑country sales experience and seasoned marketing experience within the Specialty care space.
* A bachelor’s degree in science or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
* Regional or Global Marketing experience.
* Experience within chronic kidney disease (CKD) space.
* Higher degree in Marketing or Business.
* Experience in Medical Affairs and/or Development.
