An established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join its growing Dispute Resolution team.
This is a senior opportunity offering a mix of high-quality contentious work alongside involvement in team support, knowledge sharing and the ongoing development of the litigation function.
The firm acts for a broad client base and is known for its practical, commercially focused advice and supportive working environment.
Duties will include
* Managing a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters across multiple areas
* Providing clear, commercially focused advice tailored to client needs
* Supporting and guiding junior members of the team where appropriate
* Taking responsibility for the financial performance of matters
* Contributing to client relationship management and wider business development activity
Successful candidates will have
* Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with solid litigation experience
* Over 8 years’ PQE or equivalent level of experience
* Exposure to a mix of litigation work such as civil disputes, property-related matters, or other contentious areas
* Experience working with a degree of autonomy and supporting junior colleagues
* Strong communication skills with a pragmatic and commercially aware approach
