Key Responsibilities as an Inclusion Support Assistant:
Support children with a range of special educational needs in both individual and group settings
Assist the class teacher in implementing tailored learning programs
Foster a nurturing, inclusive environment to help students thrive academically and socially
Provide one-on-one support and adapt resources to suit individual learning needs
What The School Are Looking For As an Inclusion Support Assistant:
A caring and empathetic individual with a strong commitment to improving the educational experience of children with SEN
Previous experience in a school or similar setting is preferred, but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
