We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Finishing Manager with a strong background in residential handovers to join our clients site team in Clapham Junction, working on a prominent medium to high-rise residential scheme. Role Overview: As Finishing Manager, you will take ownership of the final stages of delivery, overseeing all finishing works through to successful handover. You’ll ensure the highest standards of quality and presentation, coordinate trades, manage snagging and de-snagging, and liaise directly with internal teams and end users to ensure a smooth, timely, and customer-focused handover process.
