Who we’re looking for
As part of our Rents team, you’ll provide administrative support and, use your excellent communication and customer service skills to provide resolution to customers queries at first contact.
Previous experience of working in customer service/debt collection will support you in being the first contact for our customers rent queries, resolving issues that prevent customers from paying their rent on time, taking payments, setting up agreements and direct debits. You’ll signpost customers to external agencies for support – financial and other.
A good understanding of Housing Benefit and Universal Credit. Proficient IT skills, including MS Excel and Word, and a willingness to learn new systems will be important to enable efficiency in managing all Universal Credit housing claims.
