About the role:
As General Sales Manager, you will take full leadership of the dealership’s sales operation, driving performance through a structured and customer-focused sales process. You will lead, coach and develop a team of Business Managers, Sales Executives and support colleagues, ensuring they deliver outstanding results while maintaining exceptional customer experiences.
You will play a key role in:
* Maximising new and used vehicle sales and profitability
* Driving finance and add-on product performance
* Leading all sales campaigns and promotions
* Creating a high-performance, customer-centric culture
* Ensuring all activity is compliant and aligned with the highest ethical standards
This is a hands‑on leadership role where your presence on the showroom floor and engagement with customers will be key to success.
