Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Support Specialist to assist our UK sales team during a period of rapid growth. The role involves acting as a key liaison between field sales, internal teams, and head office, ensuring smooth coordination, data accuracy, and effective project management across key accounts, DSOs, and national initiatives. This is a great opportunity to develop into a strategic account management role, with full support and training provided.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all details are complete.
2. Serve as a backup contact for clients when sales reps are unavailable.
3. Project Coordination: Assist in managing large-scale client rollouts and strategic accounts, coordinate DSO training schedules, and liaise with reps to meet deadlines.
4. Data & Reporting: Gather, clean, analyze sales data, and produce reports for managers and leadership teams.
5. Follow up on incomplete data and inconsistencies.
6. Lead & Event Follow-Up: Track leads from events and campaigns, distribute them, and monitor progress. Act as a point of contact for UK-HQ coordination.
Skills & Experience Required:
1. Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
3. Effective communicator, comfortable with stakeholder engagement.
4. Experience in admin, operations, customer service, or sales support roles.
Desirable (not essential):
1. Experience in dental, medical device, or technical environments.
2. Experience with CRM or ERP systems.
3. Background in event or training coordination.
