Safely manoeuvre vehicles in tight and busy spaces. Conduct pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures. Coordinate with the yard and dispatch teams to maintain seamless workflow. Report any defects or issues promptly to the maintenance team. Maintain accurate records of shunting activities and vehicle movements. Assist with other yard duties as needed.Requirements: Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C+E). Shunt experience preferred but not essential. Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card. No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only). Successful completion of training. Full understanding of WTD legislation. Excellent communication skills.
