This is an opportunity to cover a temporary role until the end of March 2027 to provide business support to the change team and Children and Family services for administration tasks to 3 project workstreams. Main Responsibilities Some of your responsibilities will include, Meeting and workshop coordination - schedule & manage meetings. Prepare and distribute agendas and papers. Manage logistics for in-Person and virtual meetings. Governance & Compliance - Collate, formal and circulate Governance papers for Boards and steering groups. Capture accurate minutes and actions. Programme Support - track deadlines for submissions and reporting to DfE Stakeholder Engagement - be the first point of contact for queries form internal teams & external stakeholders Data & Reporting - maintain accurate records of attendance and decisions The Ideal Candidate We are looking for you to have, Excellent planning and organisational skills with an eye for detail Experience of managing and minuting board meetings Experience of using M0365 for diary coordination and meeting transcription Interviews will be held during the week starting 23rd February 2026.
