Senior Relationship Manager/ Networker

Up to £100,000 + Incentive Package

Central London | Monday-Friday


James & Partners are delighted to be partnering with a highly respected workplace consultancy and commercial property specialist in the appointment of a senior Networker to join their growing London team. As the organisation continues its ambitious growth trajectory, an exceptional opportunity has arisen for a commercially astute and highly connected individual to leverage their network, market influence and relationship-building expertise within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.


The Opportunity

This is a highly visible, relationship-led position that sits at the intersection of commercial property, professional services and business development.

Acting as a senior ambassador for the business, you will be responsible for cultivating strategic relationships, generating valuable introductions and identifying commercial opportunities across London's professional and property markets.

Success in this role is built upon credibility, influence and trust. You will become a recognised representative of the organisation within the marketplace, developing meaningful relationships with agents, landlords, investors, developers, consultants, occupiers and senior business leaders. Through your network, market intelligence and commercial awareness, you will create opportunities that contribute directly to the continued growth and success of the business.

Whether attending industry events, meeting clients, hosting networking engagements or facilitating introductions, you will ensure the organisation remains front of mind within key decision-making circles.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop, maintain and expand an influential network across commercial property, professional services and related sectors
* Generate new business opportunities through strategic relationship management and market engagement
* Build trusted partnerships with landlords, developers, investors, agents, consultants and senior stakeholders
* Represent the business at client meetings, networking functions, industry events and market engagements
* Identify and facilitate introductions that create commercial opportunities across multiple service lines
* Provide valuable market intelligence and insight to support wider business development initiatives
* Develop long-term strategic relationships that drive repeat business and future project opportunities
* Maintain a strong understanding of market activity, emerging trends and client requirements
* Collaborate with senior leadership and operational teams to maximise commercial outcomes
* Strengthen the organisation's profile and reputation through consistent market visibility and engagement


Who We're Looking For

This opportunity is ideally suited to an established relationship-builder who has built a strong reputation and network within the London business community.

We are particularly interested in speaking with individuals who have developed long-standing relationships across commercial property, financial services, asset management, investment, development or professional services environments and who understand how to create opportunities through influence, credibility and trusted partnerships.

You may currently be operating as a:

* Director or Associate Director within Office Agency
* Commercial Property Consultant
* Investment Surveyor
* Asset Manager
* Development Manager
* Landlord Representative
* Relationship Director
* Business Development Director
* Investor Relations Professional
* Wealth Management Relationship Manager
* Strategic Partnerships Director


Successful candidates will typically possess:

* A minimum of seven years' experience within a relationship-led commercial environment
* An extensive network of senior decision-makers and industry contacts
* A proven ability to generate opportunities through introductions, referrals and stakeholder engagement
* Strong market knowledge and commercial awareness
* Experience operating within high-value, consultative environments
* The confidence and credibility to engage with C-Suite executives, investors, landlords and senior stakeholders
* Exceptional communication, relationship management and interpersonal skills
* A polished, professional and highly consultative approach
* An entrepreneurial mindset with a natural ability to identify opportunities before competitors


Candidates from Commercial Property, Office Agency, Investment Brokerage, Asset Management, Financial Services, Wealth Management and Professional Services backgrounds will be particularly well suited to this opportunity.

Whilst the ability to identify and convert opportunities is important, this is not a traditional outbound sales role. Success will be measured by the strength of relationships developed, market intelligence gathered, opportunities introduced and commercial outcomes delivered.
