We are currently seeking a Part-Time Credit Controller to join a friendly and close-knit team within a well-established West Hull business. Working on-site, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the finance function, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong customer account management across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* As Credit Controller, your duties will include:
* Managing daily banking activities, including cheque handling and BACS processing
* Taking ownership of credit control, building and maintaining strong relationships with customer accounts
* Producing and issuing weekly statement runs
* Completing regular bank reconciliations
* Managing petty cash processes
* Reviewing and approving credit notes to ensure accuracy and compliance
The Candidate
* Previous experience in a credit control or similar finance role
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Confident communication skills and a professional, approachable manner
