The position focuses on monitoring and improving supplier and manufacturing performance, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement using quality tools, data analysis, and a strong Right First-Time approach.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure products comply with engineering specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements
* Lead problem‑solving activities including 8D, 5 Whys, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
* Monitor and improve supplier and internal quality performance using KPIs
* Support and conduct internal, supplier, and ISO auditsEnsure customer complaints are effectively managedCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Quality Engineer
* Apprentice trained OR relevant Engineering certifications
* Strong knowledge of ISO standards
* Strong Root Cause analysis skills - 8Ds, 5 Whys
