Service Care Solutions is supporting a reputable non-profit provider currently recruiting for a Recovery Practitioner.
As a Recovery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role by supporting individuals suffering from Drug & Alcohol addiction. The ideal candidate should have experience in the field, be highly driven, and able to identify positivity within service users while developing their potential.

Key roles and responsibilities for a Recovery Practitioner:
* Manage a caseload of 40-60 service users
* Support individuals from Point of Entry
* Provide Screening, Assessment, and Recovery Plans
* Deliver One-to-One interventions
Minimum requirements:
* Experience working within the Substance Misuse field
* Awareness of health issues related to Substance Misuse
* Experience of Key Working and Care Planning
Pay rate:
* £16.59 PAYE per hour (excluding holiday pay)
* £18.59 PAYE per hour (including holiday pay)
* £21 Umbrella rate per hour
