We are working with a leading architecture and design practice in Central London that is looking to hire an Interim Recruitment and HR Coordinator to support their studio.
This role requires someone immediately available who can confidently manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews and act as a reliable point of contact for both applicants and hiring teams.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* End-to-end recruitment coordination
* Screening CVs and portfolios
* Scheduling interviews
* Managing candidate communication
* Liaising with hiring managers
* Maintaining recruitment systems and documentation
The Successful Candidate:
* Experience as a Recruitment Coordinator, HR Administrator or similar support role
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders
* Able to prioritise workloads and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
* Proactive, calm under pressure and confident working in a creative studio environment
* Immediately available
