Location: Hybrid working between our head office in Durrington (Worthing) 2 days pw, and home.

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Salary: Starting salary of up to £72,000, commensurate to skills and experience.

We are building a new Intelligent Automation and Process Engineering capability at the heart of the organisation. As Process Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping that future.

This is a foundational position within a brand-new capability, giving you the opportunity to define and own Southern Water’s enterprise-wide process architecture. You will set the standards, frameworks and governance that ensure consistency, control and performance across the organisation, enabling both operational excellence and large-scale transformation.

Working closely with senior leaders across Water, Waste, Customer, Finance, People, Corporate and Digital, you will ensure processes are designed end-to-end, aligned to business priorities, and ready for digitisation, automation and AI-enabled decision making.

This role goes beyond process design, it is about shaping how the organisation operates at scale.
