SG Refurbishments LTD are a rapidly expanding company, serving commercial and domestic clients across the South East. We deliver reactive and planned maintenance services, as well as full refurbishment projects.
We are currently looking for an experienced multi-trade operative with a strong carpentry background to join our team. While this role is carpentry-focused, there will be regular overlap with other trades depending on the specific job.
Key Skills / Experience Required
* 1st/2nd fix carpentry.
* Timber repairs and installs (windows, doors, frames, skirtings/architraves, kitchens, worktops, etc).
* Fire door installations (beneficial)
* Windows – new installations and existing repairs.
* Bespoke joinery for pub bars and fit outs.
* Drylining and studwork.
* Tiling and decorative finishes.
* General decoration/finishing works.
* Own tools (110v or cordless).
* Full & clean UK driving licence.
* Previous experience in pubs, restaurants, or hospitality sites (beneficial).
Responsibilities
* Delivering reactive maintenance call-outs across the hospitality sector (predominantly pubs).
* Supporting planned works and refurbishment projects.
* Ensuring high-quality workmanship and maintaining a good reputation for reliability and standards.
* Working independently and safely on sites across the South East.
