An outstanding one-form-entry primary school in Islington (N1) is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team from January 2026. About the Role
As the Year 3 Class Teacher, you will:
• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons tailored to diverse learning needs.
• Create a warm, supportive classroom where every child feels valued and inspired to achieve.
• Differentiate effectively for pupils with SEND and EAL to ensure inclusive progress.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure continuity across Key Stage 2.
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers to celebrate pupil successes and maintain clear communication.
The Ideal Candidate
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven KS2 teaching experience (unfortunately not suitable for ECTs).
• Has a deep understanding of literacy and numeracy development in lower KS2.
• Is reflective, organised, and passionate about delivering child-centred education.
• Demonstrates strong behaviour management and a calm, nurturing approach.
