The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to play a key role within the construction delivery team. You will take ownership of the commercial performance of assigned work packages, ensuring robust cost control, contract compliance, and the achievement of strong commercial outcomes. This role requires close collaboration with project teams, supply chain partners, and clients to support successful project delivery while protecting and enhancing project margins. Key Responsibilities Lead the commercial management of subcontract packages from procurement through to final account Prepare and manage tender documentation and tender processes Implement and maintain cost control and change management systems Administer client and subcontract variations in line with contractual requirements Identify, manage, and report on commercial risks and opportunities Drive value engineering initiatives and cost efficiencies to improve profitability Produce accurate monthly commercial reports, forecasts, and cashflows Work within a multi-disciplinary team, supporting sustainability and net-zero objectives About You Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) Professionally qualified or working towards membership (RICS, ICES, MCIOB, or similar) Proven experience in commercial management on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects Strong understanding of contract administration and commercial best practice Confident communicator with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders Why Apply?
