This role involves working across all brands. Your role We’re looking for someone who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, reliability and performance of our Platform. This role will be central in driving quality assurance practices across the organisation, with a focus on regression testing, feature validation, exploratory testing, and the introduction of automated testing frameworks. You may also contribute to shaping user stories and acceptance criteria, working closely with developers and product owners to ensure quality is built into everything we deliver. This is a part-time role (up to 25 hours per week, with flexibility) and will suit someone with strong attention to detail, a structured approach to testing, and a passion for delivering high-quality digital experiences. Job Title QA / Tester Reports to Platform Manager Responsible for: Testing & Quality Assurance activities across the organisation and multiple platforms including web, Salesforce, booking management and property management Works with Platform Team External partners Main tasks and responsibilities Develop, maintain and execute comprehensive test plans for regression, feature and exploratory testing. Introduce and establish automated testing frameworks and practices to increase efficiency and reliability in testing. Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria and test cases. Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution, ensuring timely feedback and clear communication with developers. Continuously improve QA processes, tooling and documentation. Contribute to release readiness by ensuring testing coverage and sign-off procedures are in place. Act as a quality champion across the organisation, promoting best practices in testing and quality assurance. Work autonomously and manage your own workload effectively within a flexible part-time schedule. Skills and experience Proven experience in software quality assurance and testing. Familiarity with manual and automated testing approaches. Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail. Ability to write clear, concise and comprehensive test documentation. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, ideally with involvement in writing/refining user stories. Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues. Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a flexible, part-time capacity. Knowledge and qualifications 3 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. Experience introducing or scaling automated testing practices within an organisation is highly desirable. Knowledge of web applications, APIs and cross-browser/cross-device testing. Any formal QA/testing certification (e.g., ISTQB) would be a bonus but not essential.
