Job Description Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Milton Keynes – Hybrid Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 35 hours/week) Salary: Up to £23,000 per annum quarterly bonus A forward-thinking B2B sales organisation is currently seeking a Business Development Executive to join its growing team in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and engaging communicator looking to begin or further a career in business development within the automotive sector. Please note this a hybrid role. With over 350 employees across multiple UK locations, it partners with major vehicle manufacturers, leasing firms, and dealer networks to drive sales performance, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: -Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage prospective clients using tools such as cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. -Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and book meetings for field-based Area Fleet Managers. -Customer Relationship Management: Build and sustain relationships with potential and current customers to understand their business needs. -CRM Usage: Maintain accurate records of interactions and insights using CRM platforms to ensure seamless follow-ups and reporting. -Market Insight: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to support meaningful and informed client conversations.
