Working as part of a collaborative and nurturing team, successful candidates will support pupils aged between 5 and 19 with diverse needs, including Autism Spectrum Conditions, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning challenges.
Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people with Special Educational Needs is highly desirable
* A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting learning and development
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
* A good standard of literacy and numeracy
