Are you autistic and/or ADHD and passionate about supporting other neurodivergent adults?
We are looking for two Neurodivergent Wellbeing Advisors to join our team at our Southampton Hub and help shape and deliver a supportive, neuro-affirming service.
This role is designed specifically for someone who can bring personal insight, empathy, and real-world understanding to the support they provide.
Your lived experience will not just be valued; it will be central to how this role works.
About the Role
As a Neurodivergent Wellbeing Advisor, you will provide:
* 1:1 wellbeing support for autistic and/or ADHD adults
* Group facilitation and community-based sessions
* A safe, inclusive space where people feel understood and empowered
* Support to build confidence, coping strategies, self-advocacy and daily life skills
* Input into co-production and shaping future service development.

What Were Looking For
* Lived experience of Autism, ADHD, or both (required)
* Experience providing emotional or practical support to others
* Experience facilitating groups or community activities
* Strong communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships
* Understanding of boundaries, confidentiality, safeguarding and GDPR
* Organised and confident with IT (Microsoft Office / Teams).
