Responsibilities
* Work in full compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
* Carry out maintenance and repair tasks at height (using ladders, scaffolding) and in confined spaces
* Maintain and manage your toolkit to a high standard
* Complete accurate paperwork and digital records (including PDA database updates)
* Assess required works, materials, and associated costs
* Deliver high-quality workmanship across all assigned tasks
Requirements
* Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
* Excellent attention to detail (essential)
* Strong commitment to health and safety standards (essential)
* Proven experience in general repairs and maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, bricklaying, plastering, and painting (essential)
* Flexibility to work in various locations within the designated region
