About the Role
As a Creative Artworker you will be strong in layout and production with advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and working knowledge of PowerPoint. You will join a collaborative Studio team to bring creative concepts to life across print and digital media on healthcare projects.
What You'll Do
* Assist with type corrections and file preparation daily.
* Collaborate with Creative team to develop layouts for existing brands.
* Recommend design solutions across digital and print media.
* Create graphs and charts in brand style using provided data.
* Apply retouching and photo manipulation, including AI tools such asAdobe Firefly.
* Build and modify interactivity within digital assets.
* Stay up-to-date with typography, colour, composition, and technique to deliver original work.
* Check artwork and layouts for completeness and agency standards compliance.
* Maintain an organised file system across accounts.
* Prioritise workload to meet multiple deadlines; keep supervisors updated on status.
* Prepare print-ready final artwork for a wide range of deliverables; develop digital and printed comps as needed.
* Remain focused and organized in a fast-paced environment; demonstrate a positive, solutions-oriented approach.
About You
* Proven experience in a studio or agency environment with both print and digital projects.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; working knowledge of PowerPoint.
* Strong understanding of preparing artwork for print production and digital delivery, including file setup and final output.
* Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
* Experience with image retouching, photo manipulation (including AI tools like Adobe Firefly), and creating data visualisations.
* Strong problem solving and communication skills.
