Location: Gainsborough
Pay Rate:£14.18 per hour
Shifts:12-hour shifts - Waking Nights - 20:00pm - 8:00am.

Were looking for a compassionate and reliable Female Support Worker to join our team in Gainsborough, providing 1:1 care to a vibrant individual living with Autism, ADHD, Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), and Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD).

This individual is sociable, creative, and loves to keep active, her favourite activities include:

* Attending dance classes and musicals
* Arts and crafts
* Singing and swimming
* Walking her dog
* Shopping and catching up with friends in coffee shops

Your Role:

As a Support Worker, youll play a vital role in enabling this individual to live as independently and joyfully as possible. Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing consistent 1:1 person-centred care
* Prompting and supporting with medication
* Supporting personal hygiene and daily routines
* Using positive behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniques
* Accompanying and assisting with activities and social outings
* Helping care for her beloved pet dog
