A national professional services firm is seeking an experienced Senior Resilience Manager to lead the development and implementation of a firmwide resilience framework. This 6-month fixed-term contract offers a unique opportunity to shape critical business continuity and incident response strategies at an enterprise level.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver a robust, outcomes-focused resilience and continuity framework.
* Map critical services and ensure recovery capabilities meet defined tolerances.
* Govern identification and mitigation of operational vulnerabilities.
* Lead incident response activities, including coordination of out-of-hours support.
* Develop playbooks and testing regimes for critical services.
* Partner with IT and business units to enhance disaster recovery preparedness.
* Represent the organisation externally and advise on resilience standards.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven leadership in resilience, business continuity, and crisis/incident response.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills across regulated environments (e.g. SRA, FCA).
