Our outstanding school in Barking is seeking a highly motivated and organized teacher, ideally specializing in English, Maths, or Science, to take on the key role of Head of Year. You will be responsible for creating a positive and supportive learning environment where all students can achieve their full potential, both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the academic progress, behaviour, and attendance of a designated year group.
* Develop and implement strategies to support student achievement and well-being.
* Work collaboratively with subject teachers, SENCO, and other support staff.
