My client is a globally renowned bank seeking to implement impactful, business-led, and regulatory change. They are looking for a Business Analyst to lead a team in performing complex tasks and delivering work that impacts the entire business function.
This role is ideal for a Business Change Analyst experienced in delivering a variety of complex change initiatives, with deep familiarity with business analysis tools, practices, and stakeholder engagement techniques. The candidate should be confident operating in technically complex environments and able to understand technical concepts such as metadata, data quality controls, and lineage. Additionally, they should be able to use business data effectively to tell stories, explore business issues, support analysis, and influence decision-making.
The successful candidate will operate at the core of how the bank governs and utilizes data to enable outcomes that are compliant, efficient, and transformative in decision-making and value delivery.
The candidate should have experience in:
* Eliciting and shaping business requirements through workshops, analysis, and facilitation to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders and regulatory obligations.
* Collaborating with business, governance, and technical teams to design and specify solutions that meet business and strategic objectives.
* Supporting delivery with clear documentation, UAT coordination, change tracking, and collaboration using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
* Supporting change management activities, including developing a traceability matrix to ensure successful implementation and embedding of solutions.
* Helping the organization achieve strategic objectives by identifying business requirements and solutions that address problems and opportunities, including influencing stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
