Project Manager (Business Change)
£45,000 - £60,000 + Bonus (up to 7.5%)
Hybrid - 2 days onsite - Burton-On-Trent
We're partnering with a well-known, consumer-facing organisation undergoing an exciting period of transformation. They're looking for a highly capable Project Manager to lead multiple concurrent initiatives spanning people, technology, and process all with the common goal of enhancing the customer journey.
This is a role for a proactive and versatile Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently manage complex change, and is adept at engaging stakeholders at all levels.
What you'll be doing:
Leading multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to scope.
Driving business change initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Managing resources, budgets, timelines, and dependencies across varied workstreams.
Engaging and influencing stakeholders from across the business and with external partners.
Applying best practice methodologies to deliver measurable results. What we're looking for:
5+ years' experience in project management, ideally in a consumer-facing industry.
Proven track record of delivering business transformation and technical projects.
Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and governance.
Confident communicator capable of presenting to senior leadership.The package:
£45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
Bonus up to 7.5%
