About The Role
We are recruiting for a Machine Cleaner to join our team based at our quartz factory in Scunthorpe. The candidate will work from Monday to Friday, 14:30-23:00.
Main responsibilities:
* Cleaning the machinery and areas of the factory to bring them in line with high standards set in all other areas of the factory
* Following check lists to ensure all tasks are carried out accordingly
* Adhering to policies and procedures regarding the proper use and care of equipment and materials associated with the role
* Pursuing personal development of skills and knowledge in order to effectively perform the role
* Additional responsibilities that may be out of normal working hours directed by Supervisors or Managers
About You
Desired skills and knowledge:
* Experience of cleaning machinery in a factory
* High level cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential
* Experience with COSHH
* Flexibility, commitment and punctuality
* Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment
