What you will be doing:
* Assisting the teacher in delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that support early development.
* Working closely with individual children or small groups, offering targeted support to those who need it most.
* Using your understanding of psychology to create a positive, nurturing environment where every child feels valued.
* Helping children develop their communication, social, and fine motor skills through creative play and hands-on activities.
* Creating a safe, encouraging space where every child feels valued and included.
* Core hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 15:30
* Start date: September 2025
About you:
* Recent psychology graduate or soon-to-be graduate with a passion for working with young children.
* Patient, empathetic, and ready to make a difference in the lives of young learners.
* Great communication skills and a natural ability to connect with children.
* Willing to get stuck in, learn on the job, and bring energy to every day.
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
