About the role: As a Senior Developer at Epassi, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture, design, and delivery of our flagship SaaS platform. You’ll lead by example in coding standards, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering leadership to drive innovation and technical excellence. You’ll take ownership of complex features, influence technical direction, and ensure scalability, performance, and security are embedded in everything we build.
