£26,000 base salary l On Target Earnings with commission of up to £40,000 (Year 1 )

The Role
As a Trainee Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing and growing a portfolio of customers, while also identifying and converting new business opportunities. You’ll be at the heart of client relationships, delivering exceptional service, ensuring our client’s needs are met, and driving day to day operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage and grow multiple customer accounts
* Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through outbound calls, meetings, and site visits
* Take and process orders via phone and email, offering expert advice and tailored solutions
* Accurately record and manage job information and customer needs in our bespoke CRM system
* Attend industry events to expand your network and represent Resolve
* Negotiate pricing with suppliers and clients to maximise margin
* Identify and convert new sales opportunities
* Work cross-functionally with the wider group where relevant
What We’re Looking For
* A customer-first mindset with proven experience delivering excellent service
* Experience in account management or B2B sales is desirable
* Commercially savvy and target-driven
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Proactive, self-motivated, and excited to work in a high-growth environment
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously
* Team player with a can-do attitude
