We're looking for a Recruitment Advisor who thrives on finding great people, building relationships and making things happen. This is not a recruitment administration role. We need someone who is proactive, tenacious and motivated by results. You'll take ownership of vacancies across the organisation, helping managers attract and hire exceptional people while delivering an outstanding candidate experience from application through to onboarding. Whether you're speaking to a candidate, advising a hiring manager or developing a new sourcing strategy, you'll be someone who enjoys picking up the phone, building rapport and driving recruitment activity forward. What you'll be doing: · Managing vacancies from approval through to onboarding · Building talent pipelines and proactively sourcing candidates · Creating engaging recruitment campaigns and adverts · Partnering with hiring managers to provide expert recruitment advice · Supporting managers with interviewing and recruitment best practice · Developing innovative attraction strategies to fill difficult-to-recruit roles · Using recruitment data and insights to improve performance · Helping reduce agency reliance through direct sourcing initiatives · Ensuring recruitment activity meets safeguarding, compliance and safer recruitment requirements · Contributing to continuous improvement across our recruitment processes What we're looking for: We're interested in people who can demonstrate: · Previous experience in an in-house or agency recruitment role - our ideal candidate will have experience of recruiting in a regulated sector, and an awareness of safer recruitment principles · Confidence speaking with candidates and stakeholders by phone · A proactive approach to sourcing and attracting candidates · Strong relationship-building skills · The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment · A passion for delivering excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences · Resilience, persistence and a solutions-focused mindset Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys a challenge and isn't afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen.
