The role:
As a Deputy Team Leader, you will help drive our goals by:
* Through leading by example, take responsibility for demonstrating that EHS is #1 priority, through ensuring poor EHS culture and behaviour is challenged and dealt with appropriately.
* Support the team leader to manage people and equipment to ensure on time delivery of production targets.
* Operation of plant and equipment in line with business standards to meet applicable planned requirements.
* Ensure processes and procedures are executed accurately and relevant document completed thoroughly in a timely manner. Create and maintain accurate batch process records and shift logs as work progresses.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
1. Grade C or equivalent in Mathematics, English and a Science (or equivalent) - Essential
2. Knowledge of a variety of different PC Packages including Excel, Word, Access Microsoft, SharePoint - Desirable
