Details: £26-32k West Midlands What You’ll Be Doing: - Customer Relationship Management – Act as the key point of contact for retail partners, ensuring excellent service and seamless communication. - Order & Inventory Coordination – Process orders, monitor stock levels, and collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure on-time deliveries. - Order to Invoice Management – Use SAP or similar ERP systems to track orders, shipments, and invoicing with accuracy. - Customer Support – Handle queries, resolve issues, and proactively address any potential service disruptions. - Logistics & Supply Chain Support – Work closely with production and planning teams to ensure stock availability, accurate forecasts, and smooth deliveries. - Team Collaboration – Support commercial meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
