What You'll Be Doing:
1. Partner with product and technical stakeholders to identify and prioritise automation opportunities
2. Design, build, and maintain robust, high‑performance automation that replaces manual processes
3. Embed security by default — including secrets management, least‑privilege access, and vulnerability controls
4. Monitor automation in production and proactively optimise for scale, performance, and resilience
5. Build automation with automated testing to ensure reliability whenever it’s required
6. Take ownership of solutions, ensuring they are well‑documented, supportable, and fit for future growth
Experience:
7. 3+ years’ Experience delivering Ansible‑based automation within Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
8. Strong scripting skills (Python, Go, Bash, or similar)
9. Proven ability to analyse complex processes and design pragmatic automation solutions
10. Experience working in Agile delivery environments
11. Comfortable working independently while contributing effectively within a diverse, global team
12. Strong written and spoken English communication skills
13. A clear ownership mindset, with strong documentation and collaboration habits
