Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional, person-centred care
* Oversee care plans, risk assessments, and compliance standards
* Maintain strong communication with residents, families, and professionals
* Manage complaints, grievances, and staffing matters in line with company policy
* Foster a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement
About You
* Minimum of one year's experience managing a residential or dementia care home
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* A proactive, compassionate approach to care
* Full UK driving licence and access to transport
