Job Title: Account Sales Specialist

Role responsibilities:
* Selling tracheostomy and surgical products
* Managing key accounts and promoting new product lines
* Working in ICU and theatre environments
* Primarily field-based with minimal time in the office
* Occasional overseas travel for training and customer visits
* Covering Northern Ireland
Ideal candidate:
* At least 3 years of successful sales experience in medical devices or healthcare
* Experience with tracheostomy products (preferred)
* Current ICU nurse, theatre manager, ODP, or extensive operating theatre experience
* Relevant qualifications: science or business degree, nursing, or theatre qualification
* Valid driving license
* Excellent planning, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Understanding of product adoption in local health services
* Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
* Competent in MS Office suite
