Working Hours: 36 hours per week
Our Core Banking team handles calls with Savings and Loans customers, assisting with account openings, fund transfers, digital banking, and more. You will engage via inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer needs are met promptly and efficiently. Excellent customer experience and the ability to adapt quickly in a busy call centre are key to success.
You will undergo onsite training, then be placed in our graduate bay before transitioning to your team. Once competent, you can request to work remotely through our ‘Moments that Matter’ model, working from home most of the time and joining colleagues in the office for key occasions.
Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service using listening and relationship-building skills.
* Manage high call volumes while maintaining a positive experience.
* Engage with customers across communication channels, mainly inbound calls, with occasional outbound calls.
* Take full ownership of customer issues from initial contact to resolution.
* Handle and resolve queries using your judgment and relevant tools.
* Understand customers’ circumstances to offer personalized solutions.
* Document interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately.
* Educate customers on products and services; full training will be provided.
Minimum Requirements
* A passion for excellent customer experience and finding the best outcomes.
* Previous call centre experience preferred, but transferable skills from retail, hospitality, or leisure are valued.
* Strong communication, listening, and empathy skills, with resilience to handle complex challenges.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multitasking across multiple systems.
