Role: Production & Studio Manager


Reporting to: Creative Lead


Dependencies: Internal creative, marketing & product teams + photoshoot team


Location/Times: Full time (hybrid). In Chiswick, London 3 days a week, flex rest of week.


Job Purpose: Pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of creative processes, photoshoots, budget and studio operations, acting as the key link between creative, production, and the wider business.


Accountabilities

Creative team & Workflow Management

* Oversee and manage the Creative team’s workload, ensuring all briefs are captured in Asana, deadlines are met, and tasks are delegated effectively across the team.
* Manage critical project timelines, team holiday schedules, regular catchups, and coordination of creative work trips.
* Streamline processes where possible, identifying solutions to challenges and acting as the main point of contact for Creative across the business.
* Support the Creative Lead and Head of Marketing in shaping and delivering creative direction.
* Compile and coordinate creative direction documents, ensuring alignment across the team and business stakeholders.


Photoshoot Leadership

* Maintain and monitor photoshoot/task timelines, catch ups and updates.
* Lead the end-to-end production of photoshoots, from planning through to execution and debrief.
* Manage shoot budgets, from scoping and configuration through to reconciliation.
* Handle all logistics: booking studios, photographers, models, stylists, HMU artists, and catering.
* Distribute briefs to agencies, negotiate rates, and manage contracts, travel, and accommodation with agency support.
* Produce call sheets, confirm availability, and arrange cover for potential last-minute cancellations.
* Liaise with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Buying & Merchandising) to align shoot requirements with business needs.
* Track and communicate shoot progress, ensuring all details (shot counts, CAD screenshots, studio days, etc.) are accounted for and managed.
* Lead shoot debriefs — documenting successes, learnings, and improvements for future shoots.


Launches & Campaign Management

* Maintain and monitor launch asset timelines (e.g. via Asana).
* Coordinate with stakeholders across the business to ensure creative deliverables align with product and marketing milestones.
* Keep key dates in diaries and ensure all relevant teams are informed and aligned.


Management of In-House Studio Space

* Ensure the studio is fully functional, organised, and maintained to a high standard.
* Oversee and coordinate e-commerce shoots within the studio and lead on art direction for ecomm ensuring distictive BAM look & feel runs through all our shots.
* Collaborate with the Social team to maximise studio use for social-first shoots
* Explore opportunities to hire out the studio to external companies during quieter periods.


Requirements:


Experience: Proven experience in production management, studio management, or similar creative operations roles (fashion experience desirable). Budget management experience and confidence handling contracts, invoices, and negotiations.

Organisation: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.

Communication: Excellent communicator and relationship builder, comfortable liaising across departments and with external partners.

Proactive: A proactive problem solver who can anticipate challenges and propose solutions quickly.

Passionate: Passion for creativity and an eye for detail, ensuring our shoots and campaigns look their best and run seamlessly.
