* Own and develop the strategic account plan for each customer
* Deliver revenue, margin and share growth targets
* Lead long term joint business planning, range reviews and promotional planning
* Identify and unlock new opportunities
* Manage volume forecasts – liaising through the supply chain
* Develop strong launch plans for NPD and category innovation

Candidate profile: National Accounts Manager
* We are looking for a Key Accounts Manager or National Accounts Manager with successful experience within a supplier of consumer durables, home & garden or DIY sectors. Additional requirements are:
* Strong track record of managing sales growth with a multi-site UK retailer in grocery, DIY or high street channels.
* High levels of commercial acumen with P&L responsibility
* Skilled in negotiation, data analysis and promotional planning
* Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
* Highly organised, self-motivated and results-focused.
